Public Works is currently hiring for several essential positions that play a critical role in maintaining the Town's infrastructure. To help fill these important vacancies, the Town has approved both a Sign-On Incentive Program and an Employee Referral Incentive Program. Sign-On Incentive – $1,500 The $1,500 Sign-On Incentive is available for newly hired Public Works employees (excluding Administrative Staff).
