Directs and oversees all aspects of club or facility including its activities and relationships between guests, associates and community. Has the ultimate responsibility for maximum guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Manages all aspects of the Club including its activities and the relationships between the Club, Ownership, members, guests, associates, community, government and industry.
