• Accounting and External audit support
• Supporting document download
• Quarterly Concur monitoring support
• Weekly payment reminder and payment exception request (demand based)
• AR closing/reconciliation incl. daily order update and cash collection request
• Purchase Requisition related
• Vendor creation/ PO requisition
• GSS (Global Strategic Sourcing) related
• Annual spending analysis including agency spending analysis
• Website management – productivity, vendor information update
• Customer Financing related in SAP
• Contract/Price maintenance (data input)
• Payment process in SAP
• Ad-hoc projects, if requested Requirements:
• MNC Finance team experience at least more than 2 years (healthcare industry preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficient in excel and PPT
• SAP experience (highly preferred) Remarks:
• Work location: Amgen Korea Office (20 Fl. Ferrum Tower, 19, Eulji-ro 5-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul) - 6 month contract (can be extended) .
