Job description
Senior Salesforce Technical Lead – Salesforce Development, Enterprise Implementation & Integration Required Skills:
- Salesforce Technical Lead with 10+ years of total IT experience and 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with over 300 users, including integrations with enterprise applications like Oracle and SAP.
- Minimum 1 complex data migration (ETL efforts) experience.
- Global delivery model experience.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud).
- Participation in each phase of Salesforce.com implementation, including requirements gathering, planning/analysis, design, architect, build, deploy, and support.
- Demonstrated abilities in defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
- Strong Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on integration experience.
- Current Salesforce certifications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and/or customizations, including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third-party applications, App. Exchange products, and custom development.
- Experience managing work streams.
- Manage development teams using Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
- Provide technical leadership by setting best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
- Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity and make recommendations to support organizational growth.
- Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
- Support CI/CD and Release Management processes.
- Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective.
