Office Assistant (Primero Grove - 1365)

This position is for a full-time Office Assistant to work at Primero Grove, a 181-unit affordable student housing community in Davis, CA. Qualified candidates will have affordable housing property management experience.  Knowledge in LIHTC is preferred. Yardi experience and COS is a plus.  Salary range: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.

00 - $26.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
