Semi-Finished Fish Product Preparer

In UAB Plunges Kooperatine Prekyba we are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production process, ensuring that fish products are accurately cut, prepared, and packaged to meet strict standards.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our commitment to food safety, operational excellence, and timely delivery. This is a hands-on, physically active position requiring attention to detail and reliability in a production setting.

Responsibilities

Perform manual cutting and filleting of fish with precision and consistency Prepare finished products for packaging according to standard operating procedures Accurately select and arrange required quantities of products for each batch Pack primary packages into larger shipping boxes, ensuring proper labeling and organization Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times Requirements Experience as a Production Operator in the food manufacturing industry At least 1 year experience in the past 3 years Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
