Senior Biopharmaceutical Associate Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or bioprocessing experience Key Responsibilities: Independently execute manufacturing processes with minimal supervision Lead troubleshooting efforts and perform root cause analysis Analyze process trends and proactively identify and mitigate risks Support process transfer, validation, and scale-up activities Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Mentor junior team members and effectively communicate technical concepts Additional Responsibilities: Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, filter, and deliver media and solutions Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment Perform sampling and analytical testing Operate filter integrity equipment Monitor process performance and escalate issues Execute CIP cleaning and sterilization Follow SOPs and GMP documentation practices Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
Education
High school diploma or GED The anticipated hourly rate for this position in Maryland is $35.34 - $39.90 plus shift differential and annual bonus, when eligible. The final hourly rate offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
