Manager, Strategic Communications & Philanthropy

PCRS is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Communications & Philanthropy Manager to lead the development and implementation of organizational communications and philanthropy initiatives. This role will strengthen internal communication, enhance organizational storytelling, steward the PCRS brand, support stakeholder engagement, and help build philanthropic capacity across the organization.

The Communications & Philanthropy Manager will work collaboratively with leaders across PCRS to ensure communications are aligned with organizational priorities, values, and strategic objectives. The position will establish sustainable systems and processes that improve communication, strengthen staff engagement, elevate community awareness of PCRS' impact, and support long-term fundraising.
