Maintenance Mechanic 1st Class (3rd Shift)

Alpha Baking Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled 1st class Mechanic to join our team. This position requires to work 3rd shift and have a strong understanding of bakery equipment and intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and bakery maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will be able to independently perform maintenance work, troubleshoot issues, and determine root causes of failures without requiring guidance.
