Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic- Pilling & Drilling Machine to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pilling machines used in manufacturing operations. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure machines operate efficiently and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on pilling machines Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and carry out repairs Ensure machines are running at optimal performance levels Replace worn or defective parts as needed Maintain records of maintenance and repairs Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Collaborate with production teams to address machine-related concerns Requirements: Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with pilling or Drilling machinery Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and tools Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently Basic understanding of electrical components is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good physical condition and attention to detail
