Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage production teams to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand forecasts, delivery commitments, and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics (OEE, downtime, yield, scrap rate) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and other relevant industry regulations and internal quality management systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and preventive upkeep plans to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-progress to support uninterrupted production flow.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster a culture of accountability and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. - 4–5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record in leading production teams in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is required.
