Job Title: Senior Quadient Lead Experience: 8–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8–10 years of experience in the Quadient Inspire platform, particularly with hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, ensuring high-quality output and seamless integration with business systems.
The candidate should also have strong knowledge of Interactive and Scalar modules within Quadient.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
- Work with Interactive and Scalar components to deliver dynamic and scalable communication solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing Quadient templates and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient templates and output.
- Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality and performance of deliverables.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in Quadient Inspire platform.
- Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar.
- Good understanding of document composition, layout design, and output management.
- Experience with data integration and automation within Quadient.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
