• Design and execute test cases for ETL processes, ensuring data completeness, transformation accuracy, and consistency.
• Validate data across source systems, staging layers, and target databases/data warehouses.
• Perform data validations including row count, schema checks, and aggregation checks.
• Conduct data reconciliation and verify transformation logic.
• Perform regression and integration testing for ETL pipelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in SQL and database concepts.
• Possess familiarity with coding languages such as Java or Python.
• Have working knowledge of cloud technologies used in ETL processes.
• Perform ETL automation and backend automation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders and managers on a daily basis, providing regular updates.
• Communicate test results, defects, and risks to stakeholders and managers.
• Show strong ownership and proactively go the extra mile to meet critical milestones.
