Job description
As an HR Generalist, you'll support employees across all North America locations throughout every stage of their employment journey. This role touches many areas of Human Resources, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations. You'll serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders by helping them understand and navigate company policies, procedures, and employment practices while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
In addition, you'll help support Learning & Development initiatives that promote employee growth, engagement, and success throughout their careers with the company.
