Job description

Lead and coordinate all learning and organizational development processes, according to the annual work plan, including performance evaluations, organizational surveys, and more. Initiate and lead cross-site learning projects and solutions in response to evolving business needs. Continuously improving learning and certification processes, implementing innovative methodologies and learning technologies.

Provide professional guidance to plants training referents – coaching, professional development, and ensuring standardization and consistency across sites. Manage career and development path programs Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in Israel, Global teams and Pepsi. Co's TM teams – HR, managers, quality, safety, and more.

At least 5 years of experience in organizational learning, development, or training – mandatory. Proven experience in mentoring and guiding professional training teams. Familiarity with learning technologies and tools. Strong project management skills – from needs identification to solution implementation. Ability to work independently, take initiative, think systemically, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Global Experience - advantage Fluent in English – reading, writing, and speaking.

Stream’s manufacturing sites in Israel. *Temporary maternity leaves coverage role (minimum 9 months) *The position is located at our operational sites in Idan Ha.
