Lead Equipment Technician, Rental

The Rental Lead Technician is responsible for performing and overseeing the assigned workload in the Cat Rental Store ensuring preparation of the rental fleet according to Western States’ standards, in order to meet or exceed the client’s needs repairs and processes are performed to satisfaction. As a “working lead” this role completes the removal, installation, diagnoses, repairs, disassembly, assembly, and failure analyses of all Caterpillar and Allied equipment and attachments; with the opportunity in continued education and training initiatives as outlined in the Western States Equipment Technician Career Development Plan.
