Job Description: Maintenance Director
Position Summary
Supervises, coordinates, and performs maintenance and repairs of the physical structures of buildings and grounds. Performs preventive maintenance according to Policy and Procedure Manual and the Total Equipment Lifecycle System (TELS) program. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises associates in the Housekeeping and/or the Maintenance Departments as applicable. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
