Trainer - Supply Chain (Freelance)

Deliver comprehensive instructor-led training sessions covering end-to-end supply chain management, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Design and customize training modules based on participant profiles, industry requirements, and certification standards. Integrate real-world case studies, business scenarios, and practical examples to enhance learner understanding and engagement.

Facilitate interactive learning through group discussions, simulations, and problem-solving activities. Assess participant performance through assignments, quizzes, and project work, ensuring knowledge retention. Provide structured guidance and support to learners preparing for professional supply chain certifications.

Stay updated with emerging trends such as digital supply chains, automation, and AI-driven logistics. Mentor participants by addressing practical challenges and sharing industry insights. Maintain training quality standards and ensure timely delivery of course objectives. Prepare and submit post-training reports, feedback, and learner progress analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on industry experience in supply chain or logistics functions. Proven experience in delivering corporate training, workshops, or academic sessions. Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar supply chain platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to simplify complex supply chain concepts for diverse learner groups. Professional certifications such as APICS (CSCP/CPIM) will be an added advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in developing training content, presentations, and learning materials.

Flexibility to work on a freelance or part-time basis, including weekends or evening sessions.
