Floating Maintenance Technician - Los Angeles Region

Salary range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. Holland is seeking a skilled and experienced Floating Maintenance Technician to assist our various communities across the Los Angeles region, providing top-tier service to our current and future residents. The Floating Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of their assigned property within the region is maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
