Job description
The Maintenance Specialist supports the Director of Maintenance in ensuring consistent maintenance operations, compliance, and safety standards across the company. This position assists with audits, policy implementation, and special projects, while primarily serving as an on-site resource to fill in for community-level Maintenance Directors during vacancies, absences, or transitions.
The Maintenance Specialist also provides hands-on training, onboarding, and mentorship to community maintenance teams to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
