Medication Management: Issue medication change orders (including verbal orders per state rules) and ensure accurate nursing follow‑through. Documentation: Review, complete, and sign required clinical documentation and reports. Team Support: Train and support nursing staff to ensure safe, consistent clinical practice.

Requirements

Current and active state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of operation. Psychiatric Mental Health Certification (Preferred) Active DEA Registration (Schedules II, III C) with the ability/waiver to prescribe buprenorphine. Active Medicaid and Medicare credentials.
