Business Development Manager – State & Local Government Programs (Eastern Region)

The Business Development Manager–State & Local Government Programs is responsible for driving business development initiatives and supporting sales teams throughout the Eastern Region. This role serves as the regional subject matter expert on state and local government procurement, cooperative purchasing programs, public-sector contracting, and government sales strategies.

Working closely with Regional Sales Leadership, District General Managers, District Sales Managers, and the Senior Contract Sales Support Specialist, this position will be identifying, qualifying, and pursuing opportunities across state agencies, municipalities, counties, education institutions, public safety organizations, transportation agencies, utilities, healthcare organizations, and other public-sector entities.
