The Operations Field Implementation Specialist is responsible for training, execution, and hypercare of the e.

Permitting rollout at the sites they are assigned. This role will focus on the needs and concerns of the Operations & Product Control Departments, ensuring that any concerns/issues raised by these groups are promptly resolved.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain e. Permitting application proficiency and serve as one of the Subject Matter Experts during training, go-live and hypercare. Conduct/Instruct e. Permitting Training Classes with the support of the full multidiscipline e. Permitting implementation team. Support application troubleshooting and the resolution of issues during site implementation and hypercare with the support of the full multidiscipline e.

Permitting implementation team. Attend the readiness workshop for implementation teams ensuring readiness to assume responsibility for assigned role. Coordinate with the Field Implementation Team Leader and the other multidiscipline e. Permitting implementation team members to schedule time on-site, vacations, holidays and days off.

This will require backfilling for other team members and/or the Field Implementation Team Leader when needed. Serve as primary point of contact for the e. Permitting implementation at assigned sites for the Operations/Product Control Groups.

Education and Experience

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of three years of experience in Operations Excellence and/or Operations. Experience with the application of our current Operator digital tools and a strong comprehension of the Safe Work Permitting process as applied in the field. Proven ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message, listening actively to others and addressing their concerns.
