Job description
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for checking the final output of digital images/data to ensure they have been created in accordance with the client requirements, existing brand rules and printer specifications. This role is based remotely in one of the following locations : KL or Penang, Malaysia Bangkok, Thailand What You’ll Do Adhere to all Standard Working Practices (SWP’s) Attend and participate in team meetings Promote best practice and foster an environment of continuous improvement Build strong positive working relationships with production resources Work to schedule to ensure agreed turnaround times, communicating to process owner if schedule is not achievable.
Ensure artwork creation and amendments, reprographics and colour separation conform to Technical drawings, Master templates, Print trials, Client requirements, Brand rules, Printer specifications and Internal instruction Perform range-checks to ensure brand consistency throughout the product range Ensure adherence of data to printer specifications, prior to release to the printer.
What You Should Have Competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In. Design, Outlook, Word & Excel Ability to communicate effectively in a team Printing Knowledge advantageous, but not essential Due to artwork requirements, Chinese/Thai Language Capability is essential
