Inclusion Coordinator

Starting Wage Range: $29.76/hr. - $38.39/hr. The Inclusion Coordinator ensures that children with disabilities or special needs receive high quality, compliant, and timely support within an inclusive classroom environment. This position coordinates disability services, oversees IFSP implementation, ensures compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), Tribal governance, and Oregon Office of Child Care regulations, and builds staff capacity to implement accommodations with fidelity.

The role emphasizes documentation, follow through, interagency coordination, and collaboration with program staff and external partners.
