Responsibilities

Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shift Control and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are met Assemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools Monitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delays Follow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assembly Inspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.

Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flow Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Previous experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferred Manufacturing or assembly line production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow detailed work instructions Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.

Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and grasping Ability to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variations Equal Employment Opportunity Master.
