Required Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Payroll and/or Benefits transformation or implementation programmes. Strong understanding of payroll and employee benefits processes and related business operations. Experience working with third-party vendors or implementation partners. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills. Project Specific Skillset Required (Good to Have) Act as the primary Business Analyst for the global Payroll and Benefits transformation programme. Gather, document and validate business requirements from Payroll, HR, Benefits and other key stakeholders.
Work closely with the selected payroll and benefits vendor to understand solution capabilities and align them with Lloyd's business requirements. Perform gap analysis between current and future-state payroll and benefits processes. Review vendor deliverables to ensure they meet agreed business requirements and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirement elicitation sessions to understand current and future business processes. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Perform process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments to support solution design. Work closely with business, technology and third-party vendors to ensure successful solution delivery. Support solution design discussions and validate that proposed solutions meet business needs. Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows and functional specifications. Support data analysis, data validation and business process improvements where required. Define and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test scenarios, defect management and business sign-off.
Identify, manage and communicate risks, issues and dependencies to project stakeholders. Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training and business readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines. Provide post-implementation support and assist with issue resolution during hypercare.
