Manager Trainee is a member of the management team.
Responsibilities include
providing great customer service in a plant nursery/ decorative rock retail establishment. Assisting in supervision of employees and day to day operations of a retail store. The ideal candidate will have been a Retail Manager elsewhere who just needs to learn the Star Nursery processes.
