- Recruiter learn during the internship? Other than developing a thorough understanding of search, recruitment, selection, assessment, and how to build relationships with the applicants, how to search and select to recruit managers and Sr. executives for banks, financial institutions, and many more. They will also get to learn how to use HR software, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Data analytics, Candidate assessment, Training and development, compensation and benefits, interview training and development, HRIS, how to write job descriptions, use various job boards, Application Tracking System, telephonic search and interview, and personal interviews. They will also learn a lot about how an HR business works. Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: are available for full-time or part-time internships. Have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Have adequate knowledge and working experience of advanced Excel Duration of Internship: 3 months to 6 Months About the Job : Selected HR Trainee/Interns' day-to-day responsibilities include: Source the required number of profiles to fulfill the vacancies through different platforms. Interacting with professionals on niche platforms and social media. Work on cold calling candidates to meet the hiring requirements. Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements. Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates. Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles. Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases. Measure and HR Analytics report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill. Learn, manage, and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects. Research and learn various domains and industry trends, and understand the manpower requirements. Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines. Perform search, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements. Conduct a telephonic or video interview of the candidate sourced by the trainee Candidate Attributes : Good communication, Ability to deliver results, and a target-driven recruitment environment Selection Process : Job Application Virtual Interview (only on laptop/Desktop with camera on. Not on mobile phone at all) Training and assessment. Joining Process Selected applicants will be offered a conditional offer letter, subject to completion of the assignments during the training. Requirements
Undergraduates or Post-graduates. Job Requirements : Bachelor’s or master's Degree, preferably in HR or a related field (Students undergoing education can also apply) computer skills Good written and verbal communication Willingness to learn Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work Strong interest in recruitment Benefits Perks : Trainees will be provided with a training completion certificate and a 3-month stipend consolidated after completing a minimum of 90 days.
Performance review and appraisal cycle every six months. After completion of 6 months, trainees will be eligible to apply for a full-time job. They can apply for leave during their exams, or they can rejoin after graduation. The entire cost of the HR training, assessment, and certification is paid by Mintskill HR Solutions.
