Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm headquartered in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team.
The Senior Architectural Designer oversees, manages, coordinates, designs, and documents high-end speculative and custom homes, and small commercial structures, for construction within Southern Land Company and other communities. This includes the oversite of client and project schedules, maintenance and implementation of design and documentation standards, quality control, staff training and mentorship, and a working knowledge of project and department responsibilities. Will be required to conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision and with a wide latitude for independent judgement.
