Titan, an industry-leading field service management platform Work for a company known for dependable service, technical expertise, and a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction Your New Role Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, service, and repairs throughout Monroe County and the surrounding counties, based out of Bloomington, Indiana Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment Diagnose system issues accurately and provide homeowners with honest, professional recommendations Explain repair options in clear, easy-to-understand language Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust with every homeowner Operate a take-home company vehicle while maintaining a clean, organized work environment Complete accurate job documentation using Service.

3 or more years of residential in-home HVAC service experience EPA Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to learn and effectively use Service.
