Job description

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Success. Factors Consultant to support SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) transformation initiatives by designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Success. Factors solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR business processes, talent management, employee lifecycle management, and SAP Success.

Factors modules, helping organizations modernize and optimize their Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape. This role will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, project teams, and SAP architects to deliver scalable, cloud-based HR solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation Lead SAP Success. Factors implementation and enhancement projects as part of SAP GROW transformation programs. Conduct discovery sessions, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and requirements gathering activities. Configure and deploy SAP Success. Factors solutions based on business requirements and SAP best practices.

Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare. Ensure alignment between HR processes and SAP Cloud standards. Functional Consulting Analyze HR business processes and recommend process improvements. Design future-state HR processes leveraging SAP Success. Factors capabilities.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and test scenarios. Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support interfaces and data migration activities. Support organizational change and user adoption initiatives. Stakeholder Management Partner with HR leadership, business process owners, and project teams.

Facilitate workshops and provide subject matter expertise on SAP Success. Factors capabilities. Advise clients on HR transformation strategies and cloud adoption best practices. Support executive presentations and solution demonstrations when required. Testing & Support Develop and execute test scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate business requirements.

Assist with defect resolution and production support activities. Support go-live planning and post-implementation stabilization efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of SAP Success. Factors consulting experience.

Experience implementing one or more SAP Success. Factors modules: Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding Performance & Goals Learning Management Succession & Development Compensation Employee Experience Management Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Experience participating in SAP Cloud implementation projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Success. Factors Certification in one or more modules. Experience integrating SAP Success. Factors with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. SAP GROW implementation experience. SAP Activate methodology knowledge. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite. Consulting or system integrator background.
