The Opportunity This is A HANDS ON finance role. You’ll be part of a passionate management team, working closely with operations, production, and leadership to strengthen financial processes, improve visibility, and drive informed decisions. It’s the perfect challenge for a technically strong, commercially minded professional who enjoys building structure, implementing systems, and getting involved in the heart of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the finance function — from management reporting to cash flow, controls, and compliance. Lead the implementation and integration of new systems and processes to improve efficiency and transparency. Partner with operations and production teams to align financial reporting with business performance.

Develop management packs, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across all financial and statutory areas. Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and key external partners. Support the broader group finance function through consolidated reporting and governance improvements.

Requirements

A CA(SA), CIMA, or SAIPA professional with strong post-articles experience. Experienced in manufacturing, retail, or similar environments with a focus on systems and process improvement. Comfortable operating in a growing, entrepreneurial business where your input makes a visible difference. Hands-on, disciplined, and detail-driven — with the ability to build order in a fast-moving environment.

A confident communicator who enjoys working across departments and adding structure where it’s needed most.
