Food & Beverage Manager - Happy Valley Day Lodge (Winter 26/27)

The Food and Beverage Manager position requires a candidate who possesses a strong ability to stay focused and organized and lead a group of 30-40 staff in fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of hospitality and service standards. Additional expectations of the Happy Valley F&B Manager is to Assist in Menu Creation, Scheduling, Payroll, Cash Management, Inventory Management and Ordering, and other administrative functions as assigned.
