The Onboarding Coordinator supports new pharmacy clients as they implement and begin using the company's software platform. This role serves as a project coordinator and customer-facing resource, guiding pharmacies through setup, training, data collection, system configuration, and go-live activities while ensuring a smooth transition to the software.
