Job description
As a School Based Behavioral Health Liaison for Swope Health, you will a part of a dedicated team that provide support to the people who need it most. The school based behavioral health liaison is responsible for the provision of counseling and case management services for clients and their families providing comprehensive care and collaborative treatment planning on site during school hours.
In cooperation with the assigned schools, this position provides clinical behavioral health services and related support to students and their families.
