Job description

Negotiations of Master Service Agreements. Recommend topics and conditions to include to achieve best-conditions for Pepsi. Co. Partner with Insight teams & legal to lead contracts with vendors Management of agreed Agency Roster - develop and maintain preferred supplier lists approved by Insight leads and updated annually; socialize the use of the list by brand teams & track adherence Engage at enterprise level (Insights Team and other functions) to plan for scaling to benefit from global partnership with central vendors Consult on by-sector agreements and recommend solutions for ongoing challenges Strategic annual plans and productivity forecast Price benchmarking, negotiations and RFPs Where possible achieve year on year savings from strategic partnership vendor partners Suppliers’ performance evaluation P2P activities maintained according to the procurement policies Extensive experience in Procurement and Insights within FMCG environment or experience from Insights company (6 years +) Ability to lead and apply strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and total cost of ownership Results oriented, comfortable in setting and delivering stretch targets Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Leadership Management exposure Analytical skills, business acumen and knowledge of financial fundamentals Capacity to build trustful relationships at all levels of organization Language skills: Fluent English Results driven, dynamic, highly energetic individual, motivated to achieve success Strong negotiation skills Excellent impact & influence capabilities Able to develop, manage and lead own agenda Integrity.
