Job description
The General Manager/ Market Leader is responsible for the overall productivity and profitability of the market they service. This position will balance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement and Market Growth to achieve business goals in the area of Sales, Customer Net Promoter Score, Employee Engagement, Profitability and Growth, including retention of current customers, addition of new customers and the expansion of Service Lines.
Responsibilities include
leading, coaching, developing and engaging the Sales team and support staff, to achieve profitable, sustainable growth for the market.
