More About us The Europe, Africa and Middle East Tax Center is responsible for managing (in)direct tax matters of all. Exxon. Mobil affiliates in the region including large Joint Ventures. Working within a team of 15 tax professionalsand reporting to the EAME Indirect Tax Planning Manager, this senior tax advisory role is for a member of theindirect value chain tax team supporting Exxon.
Mobil’s business footprint in the EAME region. Located in Machelen (Belgium) at the regional head office of Exxon. Mobil, planning to relocate to Antwerp in 2027.What role you will play in our team We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax professional ready to take on complex challenges within a. Fortune 50 multinational corporation.

- Stay updated on tax laws, policies, regulations and industry trends
- Analyze business operations, transactions and investments and identify potential tax issues, opportunitiesand risk management strategies associated with global value chains
- Analyze complex tax issues and recommend practical and strategic solutions
- Distill recent legislation and regulations into practical guidance for our tax compliance organization toassist our corporation in complying with an ever-changing and complex tax environment. About u You are an experienced hands-on tax professional, a team-player and who thrives in an independent role andoperates proactively in a fast-changing environment. Accountability and “compete to win” mindset are core values. You combine strong technical expertise with pragmatic problem- solving mindset and are comfortable advising thebusiness across a broad range of tax matters.Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of tax planning experience in a large advisory firm or multinational environment. Degree in Tax Strong project management skills Extensive knowledge about excise tax and VAT and system implications Interest and aptitude for tax technology and digital transformation Adds value by collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients and other support functions Shares knowledge to develop capabilities of the whole team Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
