Manager – Exhibition Operations & Logistics

Job Description

• Assist the Operations Director and managers with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
• Coordination of operations and planning of events, Director/manager.
• Following the Compliance of Operations defined by the organisation.
• Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and nurture relationships with venues and contractors.
• Co-Ordination with Event teams, sales, marketing, and other departments to guarantee complete information flow.
• Co-ordination and planning for overall all exhibition services - from transport, housekeeping, catering to security - ensuring flawless execution.
• Co-ordination with the design team for floor plan, graphics, and special structure.
• Co-ordination with the venue for overall show requirements and adherence to venue rules and restrictions.
• Agency Tie-ups Planning,. Co-ordination for Security, Housekeeping, Safety ,. Permissions, Manpower, Insurance,. Communication PA System, Intercom, Internet kiosks, Transport, Catering, Additional Facilities & Amenities/ Appointment of a reputed Clearing & Forwarding Agent,. Electricity Planning,. Co-ordination for Power requirement & Generators
• Be actively involved in the build-up, open days, and breakdown of exhibitions.
• Post-show analysis: Analyse past events and implement insights for continuous improvement.
