Join the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que back of the house team as Prep Cook & Line Support! The Prep Cook & Line Support team member's role is to provide “Guest First” service and understanding that they are directly responsible for supporting the Front Line’s ability to execute guest orders in real time. This includes maintaining product presentations, product quality and cook time standards.
