The Residence Manager plays a vital leadership role in ensuring quality care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position oversees the daily operations of a residential home, supervises and develops direct support staff, and ensures individualized service plans are carried out with compassion and excellence.
Residence Managers provide hands-on support when needed, foster a positive team environment, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards—all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.
