Hourly Rate Range: $22.75 - $24.00 2nd Shift Hourly Differential: $1.50 3rd Shift Hourly Differential: $2.00
Possible shift transfer - must be flexible to transfer to any shift

SUMMARY: The Helper has a flexible role in the forging group as they are moved into various areas of the operation as needed. This includes Presses, Die Maintenance, DF Saws, MFG Tech, Coatings Tech, Secondary Ops and Utility positions. As a result, the Helper attains skills and training required to be moved to a more specialized and permanent role in the forging departments which best fits the individuals skill set.
