Senior Butler | Luxury Villa | Greater Kruger Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and polished Senior Butler for an exclusive luxury villa in the Greater Kruger region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering highly personalised guest experiences.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and extensive knowledge of fine wines, barista service and mixology, ensuring every guest receives world-class service throughout their stay. - Deliver exceptional and personalised butler service to all guests
- Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless, discreet service throughout their stay
- Host guests with confidence and professionalism
- Prepare and serve premium beverages, including speciality coffees, cocktails and fine wines
- Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and food pairings
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and luxury service
- Coordinate guest requests with all lodge departments to ensure a flawless experience
- Assist with meal service, private dining experiences and special occasions
- Ensure guest suites and public areas are prepared to the highest standards
- Build strong relationships with guests while maintaining discretion and professionalism Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler within a luxury lodge, villa or five-star hospitality environment
- Exceptional knowledge of wines, including service and pairing
- Strong barista skills and experience preparing speciality coffees
- Excellent mixology knowledge and cocktail preparation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and presentation
- Professional, polished and guest-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and anticipate guest needs
