Job description
The Animal Services Officer I performs general-duty animal control work enforcing laws and ordinances. They ensure public safety and help prevent, detect, and investigate animal-related crimes. Work is varied and regularly involves an element of danger. This position REQUIRES working on weekends—they work 11:30 am to 8:00 pm with either Monday/Tuesday off or Thursday/Friday off.
