Senior Manager - Business Transformation

Requirements

8–15 years’ experience in management consulting or a strategic leadership role, with a strong track record in project and team leadership. Deep expertise in at least one of our core domains: Business, Sustainability, or Digital & Data. Masters Degree in relevant field A strong professional network in Belgium and proven ability to originate, close, and deliver projects.

Fluency in English and Dutch or French. An entrepreneurial mindset, fueled by curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
