Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience Active Washington 068 license EPA certification Seattle refrigeration license preferred Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for company insurance purposes Authorized to work in the United States Strong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and electrical systems Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to perform physical work required in the field Dependable, professional, and willing to learn Must be able to meet company hiring requirements, consistent with applicable laws ALLRED Heating Cooling Electric LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
