Manager, Business Development & Market Outreach - Physician Relations - Days - Full-Time

Responsible for expanding the hospital’s visibility, referral relationships, and market reach by developing strategic partnerships that support growth, service line awareness, and access to Woman’s services. This role leads outreach to healthcare providers, employers, community organizations, conference contacts, and other partners to connect patients and community members to hospital programs and services.

The position supports growth through targeted outreach, health fairs, women’s health events, conferences, and employer partnerships, while working with leadership, marketing, physicians, and operational teams to identify opportunities, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and report outcomes.
