Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall Branch operations ,. Team Handling and profitability of the branch
• Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month
• Responsible for canvasing and marketing all products like Debentures, Insurance products, Tour products etc.
• Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs
• Conducting different marketing activities
• Gold Appraisal, Interest Collection, Cash Management and accounting and Key handling Requirements Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Sales and target-driven mindset Knowledge of gold loan/business loan processes is an advantage Problem-solving and decision-making skills Qualification: Any Graduates Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Banks / Gold Loan NBFCs / Financial Institutions Prior experience in branch operations or team handling preferred Locations: Chintal , Shamshabad , Bowenpally , L B nagar , NIT , Warangal
