Location: Bangalore (In-Office) Experience: 0–2 Years Working Days: Monday – Saturday About the Role We are looking for a Creative Strategy Associate who can think in content, storytelling, and performance. This role is at the intersection of creative ideation, content strategy, and execution—focused on building high-performing creatives for performance marketing and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative strategies and content angles for performance marketing (Meta, Google, etc.) Ideate ad concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats for campaigns Work closely with influencer, content, and design teams to translate ideas into execution Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data (CTR, ROAS, hooks, retention) Build and maintain a creative testing pipeline (new formats, trends, hooks) Collaborate on brand storytelling and IP-led content narratives Stay on top of content trends, reels formats, and viral hooks relevant to kids and parents Support on-ground shoots with creative direction and execution inputs Requirements 0–2 years of experience in creative strategy, content, performance marketing, or social media Strong understanding of what makes content work (hooks, storytelling, retention) Ability to think in ideas, scripts, and formats—not just execution Analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics and iteration Strong communication and coordination skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative pipelines Good to Have (Brownie Points) Experience in D2C or performance marketing creatives Exposure to UGC, reels, or short-form content strategy Understanding of kids/moms content ecosystem Hands-on experience with content shoots or ad creatives Benefits Why Join Famyo?
